Description: This is an original vintage single page double sided 8.5" x 11" sales flyer for the Chicago Coin Mini-Baseball arcade game, from the 1970s. The front side extols the game as "modern as tomorrow" and a "low-cost, small size beautifully styled game of skill." It highlights its profit potential for "hot" locations like hot dog stands, youth recreation centers, taverns, billiard rooms, truck stops, and candy stores. The flyer also provides the overall size of the base (57.5" High - 24" Wide - 16" Deep) and notes the game's light weight (only 80 lbs). It proudly declares it "THE LOWEST COST PIECE ON THE MARKET!" and promises "YOU'VE GOT EVERYTHING GOING FOR YOU IN MINI-BASEBALL!" The back of the flyer emphasizes the game's "irresistible eye appeal" with brightly lighted, colorful plexiglas playfield and a modern, attractive walnut formica cabinet. It mentions "realistic full-size game sounds" including crowd cheers, bells for scores, and a solid state sound system. Other features include animated ball players, a "cancel out" lane, and single, double, triple, home run and out lanes. It notes "3 outs per game" and an exciting bonus scoring system where 10 runs are added when a player puts the ball into the "cancel out" lane. The flyer details an "exclusive light-up skill gage" to control force and speed of the ball, and mentions the play cost is 10¢ adjustable to 2/25¢. This is a fantastic piece of arcade game history for collectors!
