This vintage NOS part appears to be for a Coastal Amusement Pop-A-Ball or Pop-A-Ball II game. It is a plunger unit with movable shaft inside. The narrow end appears to be a kicker or activator? 5" long from end to end when expanded and 4" when compacted. Round shaft is about .50 inch thick.
