Description: This is a charming vintage postcard featuring "Ross Fenton Farm, Deal Lake, Asbury Park, N.J." The front of the postcard showcases a picturesque scene with several gazebos, some over the water, set amidst lush trees along the lake. The card is lightly hand-colored, enhancing the natural beauty of the scene.

The back of the postcard is postmarked "JUL 2 9 PM 1910" from Asbury Park, N.J., making it exactly 115 years old today! It features a 1-cent Benjamin Franklin stamp. The handwritten message reads: "Everything here very happy. Dear Sister, We arrived safely & are having a fine time, we will be here a few days. Hope you will write to us later. Love, Vida." It is addressed to "Mrs. A. Anderson, 860 Hart St, Brooklyn." The publisher, "The Valentine & Sons' Publishing Co., Ltd., New York. Printed in Great Britain," is noted along the left edge. This postcard offers a wonderful historical snapshot of a popular New Jersey resort destination and an intimate personal message from over a century ago.

Condition: Good vintage condition. Minor corner and edge wear consistent with age. Some light surface discoloration and subtle creasing. The colors on the front remain pleasant for its age. The back shows the postmark and legible handwritten message, with minor toning.
